Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic temporary relocation

May 8, 2025

GRANDE PRAIRIE — The Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic has been temporarily relocated to the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Ambulatory Care Centre (10409 98 St, Grande Prairie) until further notice.

Immunizations are currently being provided in the auditorium space at the QEII. Plans are also being developed to relocate other health programing normally offered in the provincial building to ensure these services can resume as soon as possible.

Public Health staff are reaching out to clients with immunization appointments to ensure they are aware of the relocation. Signage has been placed at the Clinic's previous location at the Grande Prairie Provincial Building.

Residents can reach the Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic at 780-513-7500.

Health Link at 811 is available 24/7 for non-emergency, health-related questions. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.

The Public Health Clinic was among the tenants evacuated from the Grande Prairie Provincial Building on April 30.

AHS would like to thank the community for its patience and understanding as the clinic's temporary location is established.
