MEDICINE HAT – National Paramedic Services Week (May 18-24) honours the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) profession and recognizes the professionals who provide this vital public service. The week also offers an opportunity to better understand the importance of EMS within the healthcare system and our communities.
The week’s national theme is We Care. For Everyone. EMS providers across the province will be celebrating National Paramedic Services Week in a variety of ways. EMS would like to invite the public to the following Paramedic Services Week event:
DATE: Sunday, May 18
TIME: Noon to 4 p.m.
LOCATION: Medicine Hat Mall, 3292 Dunmore Rd. S.E.
DETAILS: EMS vehicle and equipment will be on display. EMS paramedics will be sharing information on community safety as well as information on how to become a paramedic.
