AHS is currently preparing a review of the experience of women in medical leadership within the organization.
Alberta Health Services (AHS) is currently preparing a review regarding the experience of women in medical leadership within the organization.
The purpose of this work is to help us better understand the experience of female medical staff within AHS. This will help guide the development of educational materials and improve processes that support women who currently hold or are seeking medical leadership roles within AHS.
This work has been of interest to female physicians as well as the broader physician community. We look forward to exploring opportunities to support women in leadership roles at AHS. We will keep stakeholders updated on the timeline for sharing this report.
