LETHBRIDGE – Traditionally, the holiday season is a time shared with family and friends. It is also a time when many people remember the life and death of a loved one.
Please join us for the annual Memorial Service at Chinook Regional Hospital to commemorate the loss of someone significant in your life. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served following the service.

The Annual Memorial Service is sponsored by the Spiritual Care department of the Chinook Regional Hospital. Spiritual Care values spiritual health for all persons and provides spiritual, emotional and religious support to patients, family and staff at Alberta Health Services facilities during times of crisis.
