Public invited to Elbow River Healing Lodge 10th anniversary

CALGARY — The public is invited to the 10th anniversary celebration of the Elbow River Healing Lodge.

The Alberta Health Services (AHS) facility offers a full range of primary care services to First Nations (Status and Non-Status), Métis, and Inuit people and their families. This includes traditional healing approaches, health promotion, disease prevention, curative care, rehabilitative care and social resource advocacy.

Time: 10:30 a.m. formal program, tours to follow

Address: Sheldon M. Chumir Health Centre, 1213 4 St. S.W., main entrance

All are welcome to tour the facility and speak with staff about the centre’s programs and services.
