STEP is made up of ICU healthcare providers who are experts in the care of sick children. When you call our team, an ICU nurse and respiratory therapist will arrive within 10-15 minutes.
In addition, an ICU doctor is available at any time to review a patient. The team will examine your child, talk to you and your child’s nurse and doctor, and together come up with a plan.
