Learn about fall prevention, healthy aging at Health Advisory Council meeting

RED DEER – Local and area residents interested in learning about topics related to seniors are invited to an upcoming joint meeting with the David Thompson and Yellowhead East Health Advisory Councils (HACs).

The online event will be held Dec. 7 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Participants will hear about fall prevention, healthy aging, and Seniors and Continuing Care Provincial Advisory Council. Each presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer period.

HACs play an important role in supporting the strategic direction of AHS by engaging members of their communities throughout Alberta in a respectful, transparent and accountable manner.
