Non-urgent advice for medical and surgical specialties is supported by multiple advice programs across the province and is available both electronically and via telephone.

Non-urgent advice can be accessed Monday to Friday through each program’s respective website / Alberta Netcare.

All advice programs allow for you to securely input your request for advice online.

Non-urgent advice is meant to be quick and easy for both the provider requesting advice and the specialist providing advice.
