Continuing Care

Continuing care can provide you with the support you need to maintain an active and fulfilling life.

Continuing Care Facility Directory

Search for Continuing Care sites by name or location (learn more; FAQs). You will be able to narrow down the results using a number of filters, such as level of care.

info Note:

Results include all sites accessed through an AHS Case Manager. Participation is voluntary for those sites with spaces that are accessed directly.

There are two types of spaces. Some sites have both types of spaces:

  • Spaces accessed through site directly include seniors lodges and supportive living.
  • Spaces accessed through AHS Case Manager include designated supportive living and long term care.

Residents pay an accommodation charge to cover the cost of services such as rooms, meals, housekeeping, and building maintenance.
