Parking fees at meters and lots are in effect 24 hours per day. Payment can be made at the parking office located inside the main entrance at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, or at two pay by plate pay stations. The parking office accepts payment by cash, credit card, debit or cheque. Pay stations accept Canadian coins or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
The 24/7 emergency department is not a first-come, first-serve system. Critically ill patients are attended to first.
Waiting times may vary considerably depending on the time of day, how busy the department is and if there are any emergencies at the time.
