Kidney Health

Strategic Clinical Network

The Kidney Health SCN partners with Albertans to achieve excellence in sustainable quality kidney care and outcomes through innovation and evidence based practice. We strive to optimize prevention, early identification and appropriate management across all ages and stages of kidney health.

The Kidney Health Strategic Clinical Network, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Chronic Disease Collaboration and the Alberta Kidney Disease Network, have completed the updated Alberta 2019 report on the Prevalence and Quality of Care in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
