Minimum Specifications

Alberta’s Pathway Hub is the home of standardized and trusted resources for primary care.

The PPU has set minimum specifications for all future pathways on the Hub to ensure quality and user experience.

How we Interpret Co-Design

  • Designed with, not for, primary care
  • All partners collaborate; the solution is usable and meets the needs of Albertans
  • Aligns with the PPU Toolkit
  • Participation is synchronous, allowing for shared decision making

  • Developed through co-design
  • Built for use in primary care
  • Balanced provincial representation within co-design team
  • Uses PPU template:
    • One-page algorithm
    • Expanded details
