Action Oriented Planning

Action oriented planning is important to providing the quality care and outcomes that we want for Albertans.

It helps us stay on track to improving equity, consistency, and access to our services while supporting clinicians to feel competent and confident in their roles.

In collaboration with operations, Allied Health Professions develops our short, mid-, and long-range plans for allied health and rehabilitation organization-wide.
