Support for Students

Students are a key part of our current and future workforce. Their clinical placements with us are foundational to their academic experience and in preparing them for practice. We believe in working with our academic partners and forging innovative placement models to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for students.


Allied Health Career Pathways Framework

Ensuring role clarity and optimizing roles can provide a sense of shared purpose, meaning in work and opportunities for progression, which are key to a vibrant and engaged workforce.

As a foundation to aid clarity and consistency, the Allied Health Career Pathways Framework identifies six career streams in AHS, related competencies, and suggested resources to support career progression within and across career streams.
