What You Need To Do

AHS

  1. You are required to complete our AHS Orientation if it is listed in your offer letter. This course must be completed before your first day of work and can be completed at home.
  2. Submit your certificate of completion to your manager.
  3. Visit your union website to access member orientation.

APL

AHS Orientation

This required 45-minute online orientation module will introduce you to AHS and how we support the health, safety and well-being of our people and our patients.

You will receive three (3) hours of pay for completing the course. Unionized employees must complete this orientation between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. If you complete your orientation outside of these times; no additional compensation will be provided. If you do not begin your employment with AHS after completing this orientation, you will not be eligible for compensation.

Certificate of Completion

To ensure this time is added to your pay, you must print the completion certificate found at the end of the course and submit it to your hiring manager.
